The specs that matter, in plain English
These heaters were built for real life—think industrial sites and fancy bathrooms that see a lot of steam. The core unit runs on a standard 220V or 240V setup and cranks out between 1500W and 2500W of heat. The quartz tube is sized to fit into the usual spots, usually around 300mm to 500mm long. So you get serious power in a package that fits into tight corners. And because the wattage density is high, it heats up fast. Seriously fast.
What makes it truly waterproof? The build.
That IP65 rating isn’t just a sticker. It’s the result of how we put the thing together. We use a thick, sealed quartz glass tube with a halogen element inside. The seals are compression-fitted, which is what blocks dust and high-pressure water jets. The R7s connector is the standard interface, and it’s built to handle the high heat without melting or getting loose. Inside, the element is protected by a special coating. It’s there to resist thermal shock and prevent burn-out, even when you’re turning the heater on and off quickly.
